Land dispute is considered to be the biggest reason behind the rising crime and murder cases in Bihar. People believe that due to this day-to-day questions are raised on law and order. Giving information, the police said that two accused of land fraud have been arrested. The accused were trying to get their land in their name by pretending to be the late ADM’s son.
Two thugs have been arrested in the case of fake land registration in Mansahi Police Station area of ​​Katihar district. According to the police, two youths from Jharkhand came to change their names to register someone else’s land and have been arrested.
Possession of land through forged registry
Both the youths are residents of Godda district. The first youth is from Simaul in Silo and the second is from Mijian Dih in Dumka district. The name of the youth is Awadh Kishore Jha and the name of the other is Amit Kumar Rai. Both the youths were trying to get their land registered by pretending to be the sons of late Gajadhar Tiwari’s ADM. Both the accused, identified as Ved Prakash Tiwari and Prem Prakash Tiwari, tried to occupy their land at Mansahi through fake means. Earlier, both the accused had registered a large portion of land in January this year.
Officials advised to avoid fraud
After this matter came to light, Katihar district registration officer Ajay Kumar said that the government is now going to make arrangements so that the buyer and seller can be properly identified at the time of Aadhaar card verification. Appealing to the people, he said that before selling or buying land, all important documents related to the buyer should be checked. Fraud can be avoided by verifying and verifying documents.
