Entry of Shoaib Ibrahim and Dheeraj Dhupar
There were speculations that Dheeraj Dhupar and Nia Sharma are going to appear in Bigg Boss 18. At the same time, now Shoaib Ibrahim’s name has also been included in the list of contenders. Shoaib’s name was being considered for the show for a long time and the actor himself refused to go on the show. The Indian Express quoted a source as saying that when Bigg Boss signs, it comes with an NDA (non-disclosure agreement), so they don’t confirm the news beforehand. During Bigg Boss OTT 3, Sai Ketan Rao also denied the news earlier, but later appeared on the show, so Shoaib is going to be a part of the next season.
Bigg Boss 18 will have 18 contestants

Initially Isha was in the news for Bigg Boss Marathi, but given the exposure she got with the Hindi version, she might join Salman Khan’s show. Few days back it was reported that Dheeraj will be the highest paid contestant of this season. He was offered Rs 5 crore to appear on the show.
Will Nia Sharma also be a part of Bigg Boss 18?
According to the India Today report, Nia has signed her contract two days ago. The Indian Express quoted a source as saying that since Nia is already a part of ‘Laughter Chefs’ and the show has got an extension till January 2025, the chances of her being a part of Bigg Boss 18 are slim. If Nia decides to leave the ‘Laughter’ chef midway through, she may enter the show.

Currently, Shoaib Ibrahim, Dheeraj Dhupar, Deb Chandrima Singha Roy and actress Chahat Pandey are also locked for Bigg Boss 18. Apart from this, talks are going on with actor Ritwik Dhanjani for Bigg Boss 18 and that too may be locked soon. However, there is no official confirmation regarding this yet.
At the same time, the rest of the contestants joining this season include names like Kedar Ashish, Niyati Fatnani, Shanti Priya, Jannat Zuber and Sri Faizu, Deepika Arya, Thagesh and Maxtern.
