Big news for people of Noida, now have to go to Dadri to get driving license.

There is a big news for the people of Noida. People living in Noida will now have to struggle more than ever to get a driving license. They will have to go to Dadri from August 1 to get their driving licences, as the transport department has decided to stop training and testing at its Noida office. The government has given the responsibility of producing the driving license to a third party. The name of the company which has been given the responsibility of producing the driving license is Shivam (Marbles) Driving and Training Centre.

The company has prepared a unit for automatic and CCTV monitoring track before issuance of driving license. A unit of simulator and track has been prepared near Bisada in Dadri. Assistant Regional Transport Officer Siyaram Verma said that the Transport Department in Sector-33 will no longer be able to issue licenses from July 31. From August 1, people from Noida and Greater Noida will have to go to Dadri for the test and training.

7 thousand applications are received every month

Transport Officer Siyaram Verma said that private companies are being roped in to reduce the pressure of paper work and relieve the transport department. About seven thousand people apply for licenses every month. On average, about five thousand applications are improved after testing and training. The decision to set up a driving center in Dadri has created a lot of resentment among people. People say that if the government wants to build a center in Dadri, it can build it, but why closed the center in Noida?

While the general secretary of the Federation of Noida Residents Welfare Association says that we will talk to the RTO officials and demand the government not to stop the driving license available in Noida. Shivam DTC owner Pawan Bansal told news website Times of India that the driving center built in Dadri is spread over two acres. The Driving Center is built with advanced technologies. Along with training schools for DTC light, medium and heavy motor vehicles, special courses for driving in hilly areas, driving in rainy season etc. will be started, the fee of which is Rs. 500 to Rs. 10,000 will be upto.
