Meanwhile this big accident happened. After receiving information about the incident, the rescue team is busy searching for the four youths.

All the youths were residents of Bhojpur.

Four youths living in Bhojpur district drowned while bathing in river Ganga. Nothing is yet known about the four youths. All the youths are residents of Bada Kharoni village in Bihia police station area of ​​Bhojpur district. According to information, the drowned include 18-year-old Jawahar Gond, 18-year-old Nishu, 21-year-old Deepu and 18-year-old Sonu Yadav, all residents of Bada Kharouni village under Bihia police station area. All these are said to be friends of each other. Everyone from the village went together to bathe at Shivpur Ganga Ghat. Teams of NDRF and SDRF are continuously searching for four people.

Local people gave information

Eyewitness Suresh Yadav said that four people drowned while taking a bath in the river Ganges at around 9 am on Sunday morning. All people are being searched. Regarding the incident, Suresh said that while bathing in the river Ganga, everyone was making videos, photos and reels. At the same time, a young man started drowning in the river Ganges, after which everyone drowned trying to save each other. There is deep water in the river where this incident took place. Due to which all of them drowned in Ganga one after another. After receiving information about the incident, the district SDM, SDPO Jagdishpur and MP Sudama Prasad also reached the spot.

The team is looking for youngsters

Jagdishpur SDM Sanjit Kumar, who reached the spot, said that the SDRF team was present at the spot since morning, but there was more crowd at Ganga Ghat. As soon as the SDRF team got the information, they started the rescue operation, but the four youths are still missing after going into deep water. NDRF and divers have been called. Our team is continuously searching for the missing youth. If the body is found, the family of the deceased will be compensated.

MP Sudama Prasad reached the spot

After getting information about the incident, Arrah Lok Sabha newly elected MP Sudama Prasad met the family of the missing youth after reaching Shivpur Ganga Ghat and took full information about the incident. He said that four youths, residents of Bara Kharoni village, had come to bathe at Shivpur ghat on the occasion of Ganga Dussehra. All lost their lives trying to save each other while bathing. We are with the family members in this sad time. Our demand to the central government is that major rivers should be crowded on the occasion of festivals. However, there should be a strong security system on the rivers and a compensation of Rs 22 lakh should be given to the family members of the deceased.
