Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav.

India will celebrate Janmashtami on August 26, preparations for which have begun, but now the politics over the festival has quickly started in Madhya Pradesh, where BJP and Congress are seen attacking each other.

In fact, the Madhya Pradesh government recently issued a statement that the festival of Janmashtami will be celebrated in all schools, whether private or government. After this statement of the government, the opposition party Congress expressed its displeasure over the celebration of Janmashtami in schools.

CM Mohan Yadav replied

While on one hand Congress is continuously attacking BJP for celebrating Janmashtami in schools, on the other hand CM Mohan Yadav replied to the opposition and said that Lord came to Ujjain from Mathura, he emphasized the importance of education even 5000 years ago. He further said that the greatest example of friendship between the rich and the poor is Narayan Dham, where the friendship of Krishna Sudama was established. What is wrong in bringing the symbol of Lord Krishna’s bravery in front of everyone?

The CM said, shall we not remember their places on the occasion of Janmashtami? He also said that if Janmashtami is celebrated in Mathura with pomp, these Congressmen should stop going to Mathura. It is strange not to believe in God.

Also reply to Imran Pratapgarhi

In the case of stone pelting at the police station in Madhya Pradesh’s Chhatarpur on Thursday, the police bulldozed the house of the accused. On which Congress Rajya Sabha MP Imran Pratapgarhi got angry and posted on X targeting BJP. CM Mohan Yadav responded to Imran Pratapgarhi’s post and said, whoever violates the law, the law will take its course. Government is helpful in the work of society, government is able to act against anti-social elements.

What Congress said

Congress MLA and Muslim Personal Law Board executive member Arif Masood was furious over CM Mohan Yadav’s Janmashtami celebration statement, saying if Janmashtami is being celebrated in schools, will Eid and Guru Nanak Jayanti be celebrated in the same way? Attacking the BJP, he said that if you give importance to Hindu festivals, you should also celebrate Muslim festivals.
