A case of triple talaq has come to light from Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh. Here a married man cheated and got married a second time. She was given alms as dowry. Even after getting Rs 4 lakh in cash and an e-rickshaw in marriage, he was demanding Rs 2 lakh and pills. When his demands were not met, he started beating his wife. He threw her out of the house by giving her triple talaq. On the direction of the SSP, a case has been registered against seven people including the accused husband.

The case belongs to Jogi Navada of Baradari police station area of ​​Bareilly. Imrana, who lives here, alleges that 4 years ago she got married to Saddam, a resident of Udham Singh Nagar, Nayi Basti Police Station, Kichha, Uttarakhand. In the marriage, her family also gave four lakh rupees and an e-rickshaw as dowry. It is alleged that the in-laws and her husband were not happy with the dowry.

The husband demanded a bullet motorcycle and two lakh rupees in cash

The accused husband was demanding a bullet motorcycle and cash of Rs 2 lakh as dowry after marriage. Her in-laws beat her daily when their demands were not met. Her husband was also threatening her with triple talaq. The victim alleges that after some time she found out that Saddam was already married. He got married 9 years ago. Yet he kept demanding dowry. When she protested this, he ended their lifelong relationship by granting her a triple talaq and beat her severely. The victim complained to the local police station but the police did not take any action.

A complaint was filed against seven in-laws including the husband

Based on the victim’s complaint, the police registered a complaint against the accused husband Saddam, mother-in-law Anisha, Afroz, Qasim, Rukhsar, Nasir and Bhura. All the accused are absconding. The victim says that all the accused should be arrested and sent to jail at the earliest so that justice can be served. In this case, Baradari police station in-charge Amit Pandey said that based on the woman’s complaint, a complaint has been registered against 7 people including her husband. The woman has been sent for medical examination. Soon the accused will be arrested and sent to jail.
