A case of love jihad has come to light in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Here on 13th July a girl from Bhojipura suddenly went missing from her home. The family searched all over for her but could not find her. Then it came to know that a youth from another community had kidnapped her. He converted the girl in Karnataka and married her. The girl’s father, who is a home guard, lodged a complaint at the nearest police station and registered a case.
When the police were looking for the girl, the home guard told them – Sir, I have received a call from a number from Pakistan. I have been threatened in this. The caller said to forget your daughter. After listening to the victim, he gave that Pakistan number to the cyber team. It is now being investigated.

The soldier further said – The person who made the WhatsApp call identified himself as a police officer. There was also a photo of a policeman. The caller took his address. Then said forget your daughter. Take back the report you lodged at the police station. Otherwise the result will be very bad. When the home guard jawan wanted to ask him something about his daughter, the call was disconnected from the other side. After this the home guard again went to the police station and informed the police about this. Now the cyber police is investigating the Pakistani number from which the Home Guard jawan received the threatening call. Also, efforts are on to find out about the girl and Arshad.
