Eight Lakhpati Didis from Uttar Pradesh have been selected to participate in the Independence Day program to be held on August 15 at Delhi’s Red Fort. The name of Vidyut Sakhi Rajshree Shukla of Barabanki is also included in these eight sisters. Rajshree will reach Delhi with her husband Himanshu Trivedi. Both got married during their graduation studies. Even after marriage, Rajshree did not give up his studies and completed his post-graduation.
8.86 crore revenue has been received
With this, Rajshri started working with self-help groups. At the same time, a few years later, she joined the National Rural Livelihood Mission and became a Vidyut Sakhi. During this period, he deposited the electricity bills of about 42,593 customers in three years, which led to a revenue of Rs 8.86 crore to the Madhyamanchal Vidyut Vitraan Nigam. After this, Rajshree received Rs 11.48 lakh as commission from the Electricity Department.

Seeing these achievements, Rajshri has now received an invitation to participate in Delhi’s Independence Day program, which makes both Rajshri and her husband look very happy. Rajshree says we are lucky that we got a chance to go to the Red Fort program on August 15.
Rajshree further says that due to his hard work, bills of crores of rupees have accrued, due to which the government has received crores of rupees. As soon as the invitation is received, there is a wave of happiness in both the families. At the same time, the villagers are also looking very happy after receiving the invitation from Delhi. Both have also thanked the government for inviting them.
