A fierce fight broke out between two groups in Dharsanda village of Uttar Pradesh’s Barabanki on Tuesday. Six people were injured in the clashes. There is tension in the village after this incident. In Dharsanda, there is a dispute between two groups over the land outside the village. Both parties perform their own rituals on this land. Bhandara was organized by a party here on Tuesday. Meanwhile, people on the other side started pelting bricks and stones. Fatehpur CO Binu Singh reached the spot along with the police force on receiving the information about the incident. The police officer has said that people from both sides have been explained.
6 people injured in stone pelting
Six people were reportedly injured in the stone pelting incident. A police officer said that the police have registered a case on the complaint of the people who organized the hoarding. The injured have been admitted to a hospital for treatment. In view of the tension in the village, policemen from four police stations have been deployed.

A villager said that the Bhandara program was going on since Tuesday morning. Everything was going smoothly. But as the evening wore on, people from the opposite party started pelting bricks and stones. After that, stones started raining from both sides. Police from Kursi, Dewa, Ghunghtar and Baddupur police stations reached the spot based on information from the villagers. As soon as the police arrived, the miscreants fled. At present, a tight police arrangement has been made in the village.
According to local people, several times both sides tried to resolve the dispute. But the dispute started again on some issue. The police officer said that none of the accused who carried out the stone pelting incident will be released. Strict action will be taken.
