The police revealed within 24 hours the murder that took place in Ajitmal Kotwali area of ​​Auraiya district of Uttar Pradesh in a petty dispute. A friend hit him with a brick in a petty dispute after a drunken party. The police took action in this matter and arrested the accused friend within 24 hours and sent him to jail.
The case is from Ballampur village in Ajitmal Kotwali area. Police were informed by Sunil Kumar at around 2 pm on Monday that he, his brother Rakesh alias Kallu and Chandan alias Abhishek were drinking alcohol while sitting on a submersible pump near Ballampur at 9.30 pm. Meanwhile, there was a fight between Rakesh and Chandan. Chandan killed Rakesh by hitting him with sticks and bricks.

On receiving information, Ajitmal Kotwali police reached the spot, took possession of the body and sent it for postmortem. A case was registered against the accused’s friend Chandan on the complaint of the victim’s brother Sunil. Three teams were deployed by Auraiya SP Abhijeet R Shankar to nab the accused, the police arrested the accused Mitra Chandan late on Friday evening.

Seeing him angry, Rakesh started running towards the square. He chased Rakesh and started hitting him with a stick, causing him to fall on the road.

Meanwhile, when Rakesh’s brother Sunil came to his rescue, he also hit him with a stick, causing him to run away. He then started attacking Rakesh with a brick lying on the roadside. On learning that Rakesh was dead, he threw the brick on the roadside. He hid the stick under a bridge and ran away.
SP Abhijit R Shankar said that on Tuesday morning, the police received information that a youth had been killed in Ballampur village of Ajitmal Kotwali area. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot. Investigation revealed that Rakesh, a youth, was first beaten with sticks and then pelted with a brick by Chandan alias Abhishek, a resident of the village. Now the accused has been arrested.
