To confuse India, China often changes the names of its villages. Which India denies every time and gives a befitting reply. But this time China has got the same answer. Because the Modi government is planning to change the names of many places in the Tibet Autonomous Region. When this news came out, China immediately woke up. China immediately issued a statement calling India an important neighbor.

The names of some parts will change

According to Indian Army sources, China has changed the names of some parts of India’s northeastern state Arunachal Pradesh. Therefore, the Modi government also decided to change the names of some places to respond to China. Army sources claimed that there is a list of places whose names are being changed. It is said that the Indian government has changed the names after a long research and study about the Tibetan region.

Strong reply to China

This step taken by the Indian government is being described as a strong reply to China. It is claimed that the Modi government has given permission to change the names of about 30 places. These names will soon be released by the Indian Army and will also be shown in the updated map along the Line of Actual Control (LAC). The list includes 11 residential areas, 12 hills, four rivers, a lake, a mountain pass and a land. China did the same in 2017.

Statement issued by China

As soon as China came to know about this, the Chinese Embassy issued a statement. In which they said that China and India are important neighboring countries. Border issues should be handled properly. Strong and stable China-India relations are in the interest of both countries. They are conducive to peace and development in the region and beyond. China is willing to work with India to move bilateral relations forward in the right direction.

The Modi government has come to power for the third time at the Centre. So China will leave no stone unturned in responding. Even before this, the Modi government has responded to China’s objections and has expressed its objections.
