A restaurant in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, was serving beef burgers. As soon as the information was received, Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad workers reached the spot and created a ruckus. After this, a complaint was filed against the restaurant manager at the Mughalpura police station in Moradabad. The police also took the matter seriously and immediately registered a case under relevant sections against the restaurant manager Naved and arrested him. The police have also seized the menu card of the restaurant and started investigation.

According to the information, a new restaurant called Afghan Cafe has started recently in Mughalpura Police Station. It is alleged that the restaurant also served beef burgers to customers. On learning about this, workers of Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad reached the restaurant and started a ruckus. After this, both these organizations collectively reached Mughalpura police station and lodged a police complaint against the restaurant owner. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the police immediately came into action.

While hastily arresting the owner of the restaurant, the police seized the menu card and other items. On the other hand, after getting the information about the commotion of the Hindu organizations, all the police and administration officials also reached the spot and calmed down the protestors by explaining them. According to Bajrang Dal metropolitan coordinator Abhinav Bhatnagar, the police have arrested the accused restaurant owner based on his complaint.

He said that now a complaint has been lodged with the police to close the restaurant permanently. According to Abhinav Bhatnagar, the accused was openly selling beef burgers.
