Registration Time Table for UP D.El.Ed Admission 2024 Released. The application process for admission will start from 18th September and will continue till 9th ​​October. Registration has to be done by visiting the official website updeled.gov.in. After applying, registered candidates can deposit the registration fee till October 10. Let’s know how many seats of D.El.Ed will get admission.

There are more than 2.3 lakh seats for Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) in UP to take admission. The application process schedule for admission to the academic session 2024-25 of D.El.Ed has been announced today, 12 September. An order has been issued by Yatindra Kumar, Special Secretary to Govt., for admission to D.El.Ed.

UP DElEd 2024: Who Can Apply for DElEd?

It is mandatory for candidates applying for D.El.Ed admission to pass 12th board exam with 50% marks from any recognized board. SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates should have 45% marks in 12th. Minimum age to apply should be 18 years. Apart from UP, candidates from other states can also apply for D.El.Ed.

How to do UP DElEd Registration 2024?

  • Go to the official website updeled.gov.in.
  • Click on the Registration tab here.
  • Enter the details and register.
  • Upload documents.
  • Pay the fee and submit.

Last time the application fee has been fixed at Rs 700 for General and OBC and Rs 500 for SC, ST. While the application fee for disabled category candidates was Rs 200. Diploma in Elementary Education is mandatory for recruitment of Assistant Teachers in Primary and Upper Primary Schools.

Last year 70,100 D.El.Ed seats remained vacant. There are a total of 2,33,350 seats in the state’s 10,600 district education and training institutions and 2,974 private colleges. Last year 3,36,187 candidates applied, out of which only 1,63,250 candidates got admission.
