The election bugle has sounded in Haryana. All the political parties are busy preparing for the elections. The Aam Aadmi Party is contesting the elections alone on 90 assembly seats in the state. But he is confident that he will play an important role in forming the government in the state. After the election results, the party has cleared the way for a coalition.
Former Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal is on a 3-day election tour. Holding a road show in Haryana’s Dabwali, Arvind Kejriwal attacked the Bharatiya Janata Party and claimed that any government formed in Haryana would be formed with the support of the Aam Aadmi Party.
‘Electricity is expensive in BJP states’
Arvind Kejriwal said that these people (BJP) kept me in jail for 5 months, after being released from jail I have come among you. Kejriwal said what was my fault. I was serving the people of Delhi as Chief Minister for 10 years. I ran the government in Delhi with full honesty. He said that there are only two states in the entire country where electricity is available 24 hours free of charge and those states are Delhi and Punjab. Both these states are ruled by Aam Aadmi Party, the former CM said the most expensive electricity in the country is available in Haryana, Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh where the BJP is in government. He asked whether free and cheap electricity is a thief or expensive electricity is a thief? ,

‘BJP fears my honesty’
Kejriwal said that his government built schools in 10 years, eradicated education mafia, made water and electricity free, built good roads and mohalla clinics for people, but they (BJP) say that Kejriwal is a thief. They are afraid of my honesty and filed a fake case. Their aim was to throw mud at Kejriwal, defame him, send Kejriwal to jail, then people would think that Kejriwal must have done something.
He further said that today when I came out of jail, whole Delhi is saying that Arvind Kejriwal is a staunch honest man. Kejriwal said that after coming from jail I came and resigned. Nowadays no one quits even a peon job, I have resigned as CM and told people of Delhi if you think Kejriwal is honest then vote for him. I will sit on CM’s chair only if you vote.
‘BJP tried to break me’
Arvind Kejriwal said they tried to break me in jail, I was tortured in various ways, I am a diabetic patient, my medicines were stopped, my insulin was stopped, my kidney was damaged, we had to go to court and take permission. Kejriwal had to be given insulin.
Kejriwal alleged that BJP wants me to join them. The party used to say come to BJP, come to NDA. They don’t know that I am from Haryana, you can break someone but you can’t break a person from Haryana. I am from Haryana, I am not broke and just released from jail for 5 months.
‘I am a son of Haryana’
Kejriwal further said that I am proud that I am a son of Haryana, I have made Haryana proud not only in the country but in the whole world. After completing education from Haryana, your son, younger brother and son formed the government in Delhi, formed the government in Punjab and what is being done today in Delhi and Haryana, no party has done in 75 years since independence. Kejriwal told the public that if he forms the government in Haryana, free electricity will be provided in the state, other parties will not.
‘Government will not be formed without you’
The former chief minister said that today people are asking us whether your government is being formed? I say that today the government is not being formed even without us. He said that whatever government will be formed in Haryana, it will be formed with the support of Aam Aadmi Party. Whoever will form the government, he said that the people of one family have occupied Dabwali. Kuldeep Bhai Saheb will make the family free, if they want freedom, then people here are appealed to vote for Aam Aadmi Party. Vote for the man in you. No matter how many seats the Aam Aadmi Party gets, whichever government is formed, we will get your work done.
