Finally, a case has been registered against Shiv Sena MLA Sanjay Gaikwad in Maharashtra. Sanjay Gaikwad made a controversial statement about Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. He said that ‘Whoever cuts Rahul Gandhi’s tongue will be given a reward of 11 lakh rupees.’ Politics got heated after this statement. All Maharashtra Congress leaders demanded legal action against Sanjay Gaikwad. Finally, the police have now registered a case against the MLA under several sections.
The police have registered a case against Sanjay Gaikwad under sections 192, 351 (2), 352 (3), 352 (4) of the Indian Penal Code. Congress is demanding Sanjay Gaikwad’s arrest in connection with his controversial statement. After the case was registered against Gaekwad, the Congress has withdrawn thia movement.
Gaikwad said – we have not committed any crime
Sanjay Gaekwad’s first reaction after the case was registered against him has also come out. He said we have never committed any crime. We don’t mind if a case is registered to teach a lesson to those who oppose reservation. If this is called bullying then I accept it.

‘I stand by my statement’
Sanjay Gaikwad further said that I stand by my statement. If I am not an apologist, why should the Chief Minister apologize? I stand by what I said. Congress has planned to ruin the lives of 70 crore people. We have done bigger movements than Congress. We can also protest by bringing 10,000 people.
Annoyed at the opposition of the Congress
He said that if any Congressman tries to infiltrate my programme, I will bury him there. He said that the public will answer with their votes. The statement given is my personal opinion. Congress leader Vadettiwar has often spoken negatively about me. Then I said nothing. You people stop your leader Rahul Gandhi who talks about abolishing reservation. Educate your leader first and protest later.
