The police has revealed the allegation of sexual harassment in Ambedkarnagar Government Medical College in Uttar Pradesh. Three days ago, the college administration received an email from a student in which she described herself as a paramedical student and accused the college staff of sexual harassment. The student alleged that she had an affair with an employee but has now been transferred, forcing her to have an affair with a man from the principal’s office to prevent her transfer. The email also alleged that a college consultant and a student were pressuring female students of the college not to tell the truth. After preliminary investigation, the college administration handed over the matter to the police.
Mislead by sending emails
When the matter came to the notice of the police, an investigation team headed by CO Shubham Kumar was formed. The police detained and interrogated four people, including the accused employee and the consultant. After a long investigation, these four people were released by the police on Monday night. After the investigation, the police have now revealed the matter. Police have arrested Shivnarayan Maurya, a paramedical student who sent the email. According to the police investigation, Shivanarayan hatched this conspiracy to take revenge for the ragging by his senior. Police took help of Google to nab the sender of the email. On one hand, the police was investigating the matter, on the other hand, they were being misled by sending emails.
Punishment for the crime of searching on Google
SP Dr. Kaustubh said that the person who sent the email by creating a fake email ID has been arrested. First he did a Google search to see how to create an email and find out what the punishment would be if he was caught. Sent an email posing as a girl.
