Rajkumar Rao praised Akshay Kumar
After the success of ‘Stree 2’, Rajkumar Rao will be seen in ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Wo Wala Video’. Recently, Rajkumar Rao was seen at the trailer launch of the film, during which he grabbed everyone’s attention by praising Akshay Kumar. Rajumar Rao was sharing the stage with the film’s heroine Tripti Dimri during the launch. Meanwhile the media asked Rajkummar Rao about Akshay Kumar, whose answer won everyone’s heart.
The trailer of Rajkumar Rao and Tripti Dimri starrer ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Wo Wala Video’ was released on 12 September. On the occasion of his trailer launch, Rajkumar was asked by the media if he was competing with Akshay Kumar. To this Rajkumar replied, “I cannot compete with my superstar. The prince said, “Akshay sir who am I, I have learned a lot from him. Some time ago I said that I grew up watching a few stars, one of which is Akshay Kumar. He is my superstar and you don’t compete with your superstar, rather you love him, I am his fan.

Referring to Akshay Kumar, Rajkumar Rao said, “I am so middle class that even today if my phone rings and I see Akshay Kumar calling me, I stand in my place. I tell everyone. Look, Akshay sir’s phone is coming, he is calling me. I still can’t believe I’m in the same industry and working with these people I’ve always loved. So, competing with them is not even remotely in my mind.”

Rajkumar Rao talked about Akshay Kumar and other superstars. He said, “All these people Aamir Khan sir, Shahrukh Khan sir, Salman Khan sir, Hrithik Roshan sir, Akshay sir are the ones I learned from watching them act. He will always be my superstar and I will always respect him.”
