The Taj Mahal complex has become a home for monkeys
SP chief Akhilesh Yadav wrote on Twitter, “The BJP government and its dysfunctional departments have completely failed to maintain the Taj Mahal, which attracts tourists from all over the world. The color metal installed on the main dome is prone to rust. There are reports of water dripping from the main dome and trees growing in the dome. If the roots of these trees grow, the Taj Mahal may crack. The Taj Mahal complex has become a sanctuary for monkeys and there is a waterlogging problem in the Taj Mahal complex.”
The image of the country is being tarnished
Along with this, Akhilesh said that Taj Mahal is a world famous wonder, which the whole world knows. This kind of negligence is tarnishing the country’s image globally among tourists from all over the world. He further said that where do the crores of rupees that come for the maintenance of the Taj Mahal go? Government should be an active example and not just a monument.
