A big reveal about the sequel of ‘Stree 2’
‘Stree 2’ has created a stir all around with its success. The film’s songs, dialogues and other things are being discussed everywhere. ‘Stree 2’ has been the most successful film of this year, it has also entered the 400 crore club. People’s senses have been blown away by the film’s earnings at this speed. The Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkumar starrer has beaten many big films.
‘Stree 2’ is not shying away from setting new records. When the first part of ‘Stree’ released, people started waiting for its sequel which released after 6 years i.e. on 15th August this year. As soon as it hit the theatres, the film received such a good response from the audience that other released films continued to fly at the box office. There are still many mysteries left in ‘Stree 2’, which people are eagerly waiting for its sequel to know. However, considering the updates given by the makers regarding the upcoming films, the increased wait is justified.
“Soft Chitty, Warm Chitty”
The roles of all the characters in the film are so interesting that it would be wrong to give the entire credit of its success only to the lead role. The story of this film is written by Niren Bhatt, directed by Amar Kaushik. From Pawan Singh’s songs to Tamannaah Bhatia’s item songs are playing on loop in the film. The film also had a lullaby, which was loved by the people. In the film, Aparshakti Khurana aka Bittu was heard singing “Soft Chitti, Vom Chitti” to his girlfriend. People enjoyed this scene a lot, but the question is whether this lullaby will be heard in the next part or in other words people’s eyes are fixed on Bittu’s girlfriend Chitti.

The story of ‘Stree 2’ begins with Chitti, played by Anya Singh. In this film, people call her Chanderi’s Katrina Kaif, though she leaves no stone unturned to exude Katrina-like charm. Recently, Anya Singh did an interview with Zoom, in which she talked about the success of the film. She became the onscreen girlfriend of Aparshakti Khurana in ‘Stree 2’. During the interview, when asked if people will be able to see Chitti in the upcoming installment, Anya replied that she hopes that people will be able to see her character in ‘Stree 3’. He neither fully agreed nor denied this.
Show ‘woman’ powerful
Talking about the film, Anya said, “The film is a horror-comedy, but it also has a message for people. In a scene in the film, where Sirkatta is destroyed, the remaining housebound women of the city leave the house to worship, showing women as powerful. This scene presents a big point to the people without saying anything. ‘Stree 2’ offers a fun story and an interesting story and message to the audience. I consider myself very lucky to work in films. Like the audience, I loved this movie.
Did the first lead in 2017
Before ‘Stree 2’, Anya was seen in ‘Kho Gaye Hum Kahan’, in which she starred alongside Adarsh Gaurav, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Pandey. The film was released in 2023. Apart from this, Anya has also appeared in ‘Kaun Banegi Shikharavati’, ‘Jee Karda’ and ‘Never Kiss Your Best Friend’. Anya played her first lead role since 2017, opposite Aadhaar Jain. The film was titled ‘Kaidi Bandh’.
