After Jabalpur High Court, Bombay High Court slaps Kangana, the film ‘Emergency’ will not release on September 6.

Uproar over Kangana’s film ‘Emergency’

Bollywood actress and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut’s film ‘Emergency’ is in the news these days. There is a huge uproar about the film. Meanwhile, Zee Entertainment Enterprises approached the Bombay High Court seeking a censor certificate for the film. So that a decision can be taken on its release on September 6, the Bombay High Court has indicated its inability to hear the plea to grant CBFC certificate to the film.

The court said that an order cannot be given so soon in this matter, a decision will be taken in this matter by September 18. After which the court will hear this case on September 19. Along with this, the court has also reprimanded the CBFC. The court said that crores of rupees have been invested in the film, the CBFC cannot run away from its responsibility on the issue of certification by calling it a holiday in the name of Ganpati festival.
