Police have arrested actor Gaurav Bakshi
Actor Gaurav Bakshi, who has worked in several web series and films, has suddenly come into the limelight. He was reportedly arrested by the state police for abusing a Goa minister. According to news agency ANI, North Goa SP Akshat Kaushal has said that Gaurav is accused of abusing animal husbandry minister Neelkant Halarkar. A complaint was filed against the actor on Wednesday night, after which the police swung into action and arrested him on July 11.
Gaurav has been arrested by Kolwal police in Goa. After which he was brought to Mapusa Police Station. Quoting news agency PTI, more information has come out in this matter. The minister said he was on his way to attend a function at the Revera Panchayat office in North Goa, when the incident took place.

The security officer threatened
Neelkant Halarnkar alleged that Gaurav Bakshi blocked the path of his car and threatened Neelkant’s PSO (Personal Security Officer) when he was asked to move the vehicle. In this matter, the Chief Minister of the state Pramod Sawant said that action has been taken and he will be arrested. Police arrested Gaurav on Thursday. Now it remains to be seen what happens next in this matter.

In the year 2021, a series titled ‘Bombay Begums’ starring Pooja Bhatt was released on Netflix. Pride was part of that series. Apart from this, he has also been seen in ZEE5’s serial ‘Naxalbari’. This series came in the year 2020. Gaurav also acted in a supporting role in Sunil Grover and Ashish Vidyarthi starrer ‘Sunflower’.
