Both were having fun in a room. At the same time, the girl’s family members came and took the young man hostage. After this, the girl’s family members beat the young man badly and then called his family members. However, after some heated arguments, both the parties reconciled and got married in a nearby temple.

On learning this, her lover came to her house and both started making love. Meanwhile, when a neighbor got wind of this, he immediately locked the door of the house from outside and called other people around. The girl’s family also returned home as soon as they got the information.

Married in a temple

After this the villagers tied the youth in a room and beat him badly and then informed his family. After the family of the young man arrived, there was a heated argument between the two parties, though later an agreement was reached between the two to get married. After that, in the presence of the villagers, the young man and the girl were taken to the nearby temple and paraded around. After this the young man sent his wife away from the temple and took her to his house. Both parties have not filed a complaint with the police.

According to local people, the girl’s father works in a private mill in Uttarakhand’s Udham Singh Nagar. While the girl has recently passed her 10th examination. During her studies she fell in love with a young man living in a neighboring village and the two had been seeing each other by chance for a long time.
