Burglary at the house of a retired IRS in Jaipur
A shocking incident has come to light in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. A week ago, a Nepali couple who came to work at the house of a retired IRS officer was given cold drinks and stole lakhs of rupees in cash and jewellery. The incident took place on Friday late evening in Jaipur’s Vaishali Nagar. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and started investigating the matter. The police have so far searched over 100 CCTV camera footages in search of the accused, but so far the police have not found any leads.
According to police, retired IRS officer Krishna Kumar (68) lives in Vaishali Nagar with his wife Vimlesh and son Rohit (25). He hired a Nepalese couple as domestic servants. The couple came here a week ago to seek jobs. Krishna Kumar’s wife, in her complaint to the police, said that the couple looked very decent and they were in need so they hired them both. Meanwhile on Friday evening she was a Nepali couple at home along with her husband Krishna Kumar and son Rohit. When she returned from the temple late in the evening, she found the Nepali couple missing.

Her husband is lying unconscious, while her son is vomiting. With the help of neighbours, she immediately rushed her husband and son to the hospital and informed the police. According to DCP West Amit Kumar, the condition of retired IRS Krishna Kumar is critical, he has been admitted to the hospital, according to the police, the accused searched the entire house in seven days and committed the crime whenever they saw an opportunity. According to the police, Krishna Kumar and Vimlesh were attracted by the looks of the accused and did not get their police verification done.

As soon as the father and son drank it, their health deteriorated, taking advantage of which the accused escaped with two lakh rupees, gold ornaments etc. from the cupboard.
