On Sunday, the CBI raided the residence of Sandeep Ghosh, former principal of Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, who is facing charges in a rape-murder case. CBI officials have been investigating for almost 13 hours, but during the CBI raid, public attention has shifted to Sandeep Ghosh’s palatial house. The CBI has been interrogating him every day since it started investigating the case.
The construction of the four basements has been done with Vastu Shastra in mind. Sandeep Ghosh’s multi-storied residence at No. 83 Badan Rai Road, Beleghata is named ‘Balaji Nibas’.
The main entrance of Sandeep Ghosh’s house faces east. The entrance of the house is at an angle of exactly 90 degrees from the direction of sunrise. Two swastika symbols are placed on either side of the entrance. Swastikas are made in both corners of the house.

The house is built keeping Vastu in mind
On the east side of the roof of the house is another swastika and an image of Lord Hanuman. There is a Bajrangbali flag on the south side of the house. Having a Bajrangbali flag in this corner is also considered auspicious. There is a Tulsi tree in the east corner i.e. north-east corner of the second floor of Sandeep Ghosh’s house. According to Vastu, keeping a Tulsi tree in this corner is considered auspicious.
And in Agni corner i.e. south and east corner there is money plant. Placing a money plant in this corner of the house means that there will always be financial blessings. According to Vastu Shastra, the drainage system is arranged in the south-west direction of the house. That is, the entire house is built according to Vastu. It is clear that Sandeep Ghosh has built the house as per the opinion of Vastu expert.
