The notification said that the decision was taken at a meeting held on August 10 at the Platinum Jubilee Building in the presence of Health Secretary Narayan Swarup Nigam, Director of Health Education Kaustab Naik. The CBI has already told the Supreme Court that evidence has gone missing from the crime scene. In such a situation, a notice to demolish the site is also relevant. CBI has already mentioned this matter in court.
Activist doctor Suvarna Goswami said, “The entire syndicate, including Sandeep Ghosh, was trying to hide the incident, trying to hide the evidence. The people who are ruling the health system are directly and indirectly involved in the names that are coming up. We demanded from the beginning, the decision was taken jointly after talking to the college authorities and health authorities.
