A sensational case of rape has come to light from Badaun in Uttar Pradesh. Where a madrasa teacher raped an LLB student. The victim alleged that the madrasa teacher had falsely promised her marriage. After the incident, the victim reached the SSP office and demanded an investigation. After which, on the orders of the SP, the police have registered a case against the accused.
The entire case of rape of LLB student is from Alapur police station area. A maulvi used to call an LLB student living here to the madrasa on the pretext of teaching him. Meanwhile, the accused first trapped the student in his love trap. Later he raped her several times. The victim alleged that the accused had physical relations with her several times after promising to marry her, but now the accused is refusing to marry her.
Brother of the accused threatening the victim
The accused’s brothers Hannan, Mannan, Furqan and Subhan have been threatening the victim ever since she lodged a complaint with the police. He is pressuring the victim to settle. They are also asking to settle the matter by offering money. On the whole incident, the victim says that honor has no value. That is why she is demanding strict action against the accused.

SP instructed for trial
In this matter, Police SP City Badaun Amit Kishore Srivastav says that the matter is serious. In view of which the police station has been instructed to register a case and take action. The SP said that the victim has submitted a complaint letter and demanded action. The victim said that the accused is not only a madrasa teacher but also an official of the Student Islamic Organization. who had raped her on the pretext of marriage.
Hindu organizations protested
Hindu organizations have also come into the fray in this matter. Hindu organizations are warning of agitation if action is not taken in this matter. He says that all this happens in madrasas. If police action is not taken against the accused, fierce agitation will be done.
