Maharaj released on 21st June
Junaid Khan has won the hearts of people with his performance in the Netflix film ‘Maharaj’. People are praising it a lot. Protests against the release of his film continued for several weeks. But hours before its release on the digital platform, the Gujarat High Court banned its release. However, the court later granted his release. The film was initially scheduled to release on June 14, but due to protests, it was released on June 21.
Now Junaid Khan has spoken about his film. “There is still a lot to do and a lot to improve,” he said. Along with this, he thanked the audience for watching his film made under the banner of Yashraj Films. Junaid said in a statement that he is happy with the positive reviews he is getting and is excited that people around the world are able to watch his first film. “I can’t put into words what I’m feeling right now,” he said.
Maharaj’s journey was difficult
He said, “My lord, it has been a long and difficult journey for me. But I believe all’s well that ends well. ‘Maharaj’ was made with a lot of love, respect and passion and I am happy that the film and my performance are being loved by the audience in a big way. I hope to have the same supporting cast and crew in my future projects.”
