A shocking case has come to light from Ghaziabad in Delhi-NCR. A frog’s leg was found in the samosas of a reputed sweet shop, causing a huge uproar. The video of this incident is quickly going viral on social media. Based on the video, the Food Safety Department team has taken samosa samples from the shop for testing. The police reached the spot after receiving information about the commotion. The accused shopkeeper has been detained.
The video of the frog leg coming out of the samosa and the commotion in the shop is 90 seconds long. In the viral video, a person is seen holding a samosa. Something black is visible in this broken samosa. It is called a frog’s leg. The video also includes a video inside the shop. In the viral video, apart from the shopkeeper, many customers who came to buy food are also seen inside the shop.

The case of finding frog’s leg in samosas is from a famous sweets and food shop in Nyaya Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. According to the incident, a customer bought samosas from the shop and took them home. The customer alleged that when he broke open the samosa to eat it, he saw a frog’s leg in it and reached the shop with the samosa and complained to the shopkeeper. Meanwhile, a quarrel started between the customer and the shopkeeper. The customer who brought the samosa started making videos.
The food safety department team took the samples
In the viral video, the customer is seen saying that another samosa will contain a whole frog, with one leg missing. At this the person sitting at the shop is saying that he must have fallen. This video was received by the Food Safety Department. A team of the department has gone to the shop where the samosa is alleged to have frog legs and collected samples. However, the claimant customer did not complain about this. The Food Safety Department team also did not find the samosas that allegedly contained frog legs.
The police took action against the shopkeeper
The police reached the spot after getting information about the commotion. According to information received from the police, shopkeeper Ramkesh has been booked under sections for breach of peace. Food Safety Officer Narendra Singh said that the man who created the ruckus bought samosas from this shop and took them home. After some time he returned from home to the shop and complained to the shopkeeper that the samosa had a frog’s leg.
He said samples of samosas and other items were taken from the shop based on the viral video. It is being told that action will be taken against the shopkeeper after the inspection report of the food department. This sweet shop is said to be associated with a well-known company.
