Asking for hot samosas proved costly for a customer in Mumbra. Ziauddin Sheikh, a resident of Mumbra, wanted to eat hot samosas. He turned his attention towards a shopkeeper named Majid Sheikh of Anand Koliwada in Mumbra. As soon as he asked for samosas, the shopkeeper gave him samosas. But seeing the samosas getting cold, Ziauddin demanded hot samosas. Majid Sheikh said if you want to eat then eat or else go away. There was a lot of argument between the two. So Ziauddin left from there in anger.

Even after the customer Ziauddin left, the shopkeeper Majid Sheikh’s anger did not subside. He attacked Ziauddin, who was walking behind, with a sharp weapon. Ziauddin suffered a serious head injury. He also got 5 to 6 stitches. His ear was also slightly cut. He had to be admitted to the hospital. As soon as the matter was reported to the Mumbra police, the police registered a case under IPC 324. Further investigation is underway.
