Bullion trader committed suicide

A bullion businessman in Kanpur committed suicide by hanging himself at home late on Wednesday night. The businessman once committed suicide but survived. After this, he sat in the room and wept profusely and after some time he committed suicide by hanging himself a second time. The incident was captured in the CCTV camera installed in the room. The businessman’s move has left his family members in tears.

This entire case is from Virhana Road in Collectorganj Police Station area. The businessman who committed suicide had two jewelers shops on Birhana Road. Deceased Anand Singh owns two shops namely Gokul Jewelers and Deep Jewelers on Birhana Road besides this gang also has a big business. Family feuds and feuds have come to light behind this incident but the family members are not able to say anything clearly.

Due to a dispute, the deceased’s wife went to her maternal uncle’s house in Farrukhabad along with her daughter. Recently, when she came to in-laws, there was a quarrel between mother-in-law and brother-in-law. The deceased has two children. It is believed that the businessman committed suicide due to a quarrel between mother-in-law and son-in-law. Only the businessman and his son were present in the house at the time of the incident. Anand hanged himself between 1 am and 1.30 am. In the CCTV footage of the incident captured on camera, it can be clearly seen that the bullion trader finally took his own life after trying to strangle himself twice in half an hour.

There was an uproar in the family

Due to the incident, the family members are deeply saddened. Here, ACP Collectorganj reached the spot along with the forces of Collectorganj Police Station on receiving information about the incident. Informing about the incident, ACP Collectorganj Mohsin Khan said that after investigating the matter, the dead body has been sent for postmortem. Further action will be taken after investigation. At present nothing has been clarified in the conversation with the family members. It is being said that the businessman was very upset due to a family dispute between his wife and mother.
