A brawl over a trivial matter and a youth stabbed 17 times, a horrifying incident in Delhi’s Bhajanpura.

Three youths committed a horrific incident in Bhajanpura of national capital Delhi on Wednesday night. In a minor dispute, the miscreants first knocked down a youth sitting outside the road and then stabbed him 17 times to death. In four-five blows of the knife, the young man became unconscious and fell on the ground. Despite this, the miscreants continued on the rampage. On coming to know about the incident, the people around took the victim to the hospital, where the doctors declared him brought dead.

The incident took place at around 11.30 pm on Wednesday night at Gali No. 15, Gamri Extension. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and took possession of the body and sent it for postmortem. The police are investigating the case. According to the police, electronic and manual surveillance is being used to identify the miscreants. According to the police, footage of some of the suspects has been found in the CCTV cameras installed around the incident site. Hope the miscreants will be identified soon. After this he will be arrested.

Wound like a knife

According to Bhajanpura police, the deceased has been identified as 28-year-old Sumit alias Prem Chaudhary. He was sitting outside his street around 11.30 pm on Wednesday. Meanwhile, three-four youths came there and a fight broke out between them over some issue. After this, the miscreants first kicked and punched Sumit. After this, one of the miscreants took out a knife and started attacking like a brawler.

The deceased was guilty of attempted murder

Even when Sumit fell to the ground and became unconscious, the miscreants did not let him go. According to the police, Sumit’s body was found with 17 deep knife wounds on his face, neck, chest and stomach. He was rushed to JPC Hospital with injuries, where doctors declared him brought dead. According to the police, Sumit was married and had a 3-year-old son. A case of attempted murder has also been registered against him. The court convicted him in this case. However, the Delhi High Court later granted him bail. Now he was running a gym along with the business of tours and travels.
