Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan’s wife Tanzeem Fatima has got a major relief from the court. The case of electricity theft has ended in Humsafar Resort. She has been acquitted. Fatima applied for cancellation of the case on the basis of summons amount of 32 lakhs deposited. The court ended the case after the hearing on Monday.
On 5 September 2019, a report was filed against SP leader Azam Khan’s wife Tanzeem Fatima at the city police station. It is alleged that electricity is being stolen in Humsafar resort of Tanzim. JE Rahul Ranjan of Dungarpur Power House filed this report at that time.
After investigating the matter, the police filed a charge sheet in the court. After this, the case was being heard in the MP-Legislator Sessions Court. Now Tanzeem Fatima has got a big relief.
