Who does not know about the life of Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt? His life was full of ups and downs, a glimpse of which was seen in the 2018 film Sanju. Sanju had many scenes that were taken from Sanjay Dutt’s life… same clothes, same background. While director Raj Kumar Hirani took creative liberties with some scenes, some scenes were completely realistic. Among these scenes, there was a scene where a gangster has a change of heart when he meets Sanjay Dutt. Sanjay Dutt mentioned this to the media.

This is also shown in a scene of the movie ‘Sanju’ and there is an interesting story behind it. Sanjay Dutt said this incident while talking to the media in an event.

In a scene from the movie ‘Sanju’, a gangster calls Sanjay threateningly and demands money, but Sanju tells him that he has no money. Seeing Sanjay’s openness and courage, the gangster changes his mind and eventually forms a special bond between the two. Sanjay Dutt in a media interaction said that it is true that he received a call from one such gangster.
When Sanjay’s call came
Sanjay said that once his servant told him that some pimp uncle was getting frequent calls. Sanju asks him who is the badass uncle… tell me I am not at home… After this Sanjay’s servant says that the guy was swearing on the phone. In such a situation, Sanjay called that number. The person who spoke on the other side did not reveal her real name but only said that she calls Bhandiya Mama. The man asks Sanjay in a threatening tone why he is not answering the phone. After this, the person asked Sanjay for 50 lakh rupees.
Sanju was scared by the call
When the gangster asks for money over the phone, Sanjay tells him that he doesn’t have that much money… if he has it, he should give it to Sanju. Sanjay went on to say that he was so upset with all these things that he told the guy if he has to be shot then shoot him… I will die… but if you can pray for me please pray for my case. The guy got angry at this and said I will see you in ten days… Sanjay said that after this he was very scared and even went to the police and lodged a complaint… but nothing happened.
The gangster changed his mind
A few days later he got a call from Bhandiya uncle again but this time his style of talking had completely changed. When Sanjay picked up the phone, the person there asked him, Sanju baba, how are you… I was impressed by your prayerful attitude and so I prayed for you. I went to Vaishnodevi and brought prasad for you… I am sending you. Sanjay said that after this he breathed a sigh of relief and said that he had also gone to the temple to pray for her and was also sending prasad… After hanging up the call, Sanju sent his driver to a nearby sweet shop and ordered pedas. From there he was sent to Bhandiya uncle’s house.
