The student could not pay the college fees on time
A student from Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh was allotted an electronic engineer seat in IIT Dhanbad in the first round, but due to non-payment of fees on time, the student could not get admission. Now the upset student has approached the Supreme Court. In fact, Rajendra’s younger son Atul Kumar, a resident of Teetoda village in Muzaffarnagar district’s Khatauli, was allotted an electronic engineer seat in IIT Dhanbad in the first round but the last date for depositing fees was June 24.
Student Atul had submitted his documents on time on the college website but before the fee was deposited, the college website automatically logged out due to which Atul could not get admission due to non-deposit of fee. After this, Atul first went to the Jharkhand High Court and got an opinion from there that he should file his case in the Madras High Court.
The next hearing will be held on September 30
After this, when there was a date in the Madras High Court, his lawyer asked for the case to be withdrawn. After this, it is being said that Atul approached the Supreme Court where the first date of the case was fixed on September 24. According to Atul, on this date the judge told him that he would be given full assistance and a notice would be given to the college. However, now the next date of this case has been fixed on Monday, September 30.
Atul’s father works as a laborer in a factory.
Atul belongs to a poor family. Atul’s father Rajendra works as a laborer in a factory. Atul is the youngest of his four brothers. After passing 8th standard from GR Public School in the village with brothers, passed high school from Girjanand School Khatauli and Inter Shishu Shiksha Niketan, he prepared from Kanpur Gehlot Super Hundred Institute. Atul said we are arranging the fees. Borrowing some money from the villagers here, my father managed to pay the fee by 4:45 on 24th June, but before that, the website automatically logged out, making admission impossible.
Last date for uploading documents was 5:00 PM. Before that the fee also had to be deposited. When I uploaded the document, automatic logout occurred at 4:56. Electrical Engineering was allotted in IIT Dhanbad. In the first round, it was canceled due to non-payment of the set cost fee, so now I have to get it back through the courts.
