Meanwhile, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyya 3’ director Anees Bazmee has clarified his earlier statement. He says his views are presented in a twisted way.
In fact, Anees was recently asked about the clash of ‘Bhool Bhullaiyya 3’ and ‘Singham Again’. After his reply, people started to feel that the director was taunting Rohit Shetty with his words. The director says that some media organizations are misrepresenting his statement. With over three decades of filmmaking experience, he now focuses on crafting great stories instead of getting caught up in film release/business dynamics. Mistake Bhulaiyya 3 – Statement given on the clash of Singham Again
According to information received, Anees was recently questioned about the clash of films. He was asked if he had discussed the clash, to which the director said, why should he talk to him? This decision has been taken keeping in mind the business between the producers and it is only the director. The team of ‘Singham Again’ is pushing Ed Choti to release on Diwali. It is not right to have a clash between the two films. He announced the release date of ‘Bhool Bhulaiya 3’ a year ago, but now he can’t do anything. Good films don’t need dates to work.
Anees further said, “I am the last person to be involved in box-office figures and release dates. These decisions and statistics are determined by the producers and distributors. The collision is not affecting him in any way. Both the films are looking good, so both can do well at the box office. Ajay, Akshay and Rohit are very good friends. They know that Anees Bhai will never ask us to change the date of the film. I never do that, every film has its own destiny.
