The sub-inspector attempted suicide
A video is going viral in Uttar Pradesh’s Aligarh in which a man posted as a sub-inspector in the UP Police is trying to commit suicide. When fellow policemen tried to wake him up and asked him the reason, he said that he had come to commit suicide because of the misbehavior of the magistrate. However, after the advice of his colleagues, the inspector somehow went back with him.
According to the information received from the police, this entire case is from Bannadevi Police Station in Aligarh. Sub Inspector Sachin Kumar, posted here, reached the court on Tuesday. Sachin Kumar reached the court at 4 o’clock along with 5 accused of the bike thief gang. He went to the court to get the remand of the accused. But, nothing like this happened, instead the judge misbehaved with them and asked to arrest the wrong people.
Allegations against Magistrates
Inspector Sachin Kumar alleged that the Judicial Magistrate summoned him to the court but the accused was not remanded. In the viral video, he made serious allegations against the magistrate and said that the magistrate made him stand in the court by force from 5 pm to 10 pm. He was called into the chamber every 10 minutes and told good and bad things. The magistrate told him that he had wrongly arrested the Muslim boys.
Lying on the railway tracks in trouble
The inspector argued before the magistrate on the fake arrest and said that the 5 people he had arrested were habitual criminals and also history sheeters but the magistrate did not listen to him and repeatedly misbehaved with him. Sub Inspector Sachin was so distressed by this whole incident that he decided to commit suicide. Sub Inspector Sachin went straight to the railway track and slept. When his colleagues came to know about it, Banna police station staff reached there and forcibly brought back the sub-inspector to save him.
Inspector Sachin Kumar has filed a written complaint in Banna Devi Police Station and demanded to register a case against the Magistrate. An investigation is currently going on in this matter. SP City Mrgang Shekhar Pathak said that immediate action is being taken after receiving the complaint.
