Heavy politics is going on in Bengal regarding the Kolkata rape murder case. CM Mamata Banerjee has written twice to PM Modi demanding capital punishment for the culprit and making a strict law and a bill is being introduced in the assembly on September 3 with the provision of death penalty for rape. However, Congress and BJP are accusing Mamata Banerjee of misleading people. Movement is going on by BJP and Congress regarding this. Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Assembly Subhendu Adhikari and State Congress President Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary have attacked Mamata Banerjee’s government on this issue.
BJP leader Subhendu Adhikari said that she (Mamata Banerjee) is trying to divert the issue. We want justice for the RG car incident. He will bring the 3rd GA bill. There is a process in this, even if the bill comes into force, it will come into effect only later. We want justice for our doctor.
