In his complaint to the police, he said that his mobile phone had run out of charge. In such a situation he recharged the mobile from the wallet on his phone. For some reason the money was deducted from his account, but the phone could not be recharged. In such a situation, he called the customer care number from Google. On which he was told some formalities and after completing those formalities fraudsters said that his money has returned to his account.

After this the accused asked him for the OTP and as soon as he gave the OTP to the accused, Rs 50,000 was deducted from the account. While he was still figuring out the matter, two more transactions of Rs.20 thousand and Rs.25 thousand took place. After this he went to the cyber cell and lodged a complaint. After this, on the request of the police, he also confiscated his bank account. According to the police, after committing this crime, the gangsters also switched off their mobile phones.
