Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav
An important meeting of the Council of Ministers was held today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. In this meeting, it was decided to build the Sevarkhedi-Silarkhedi project at a cost of 614 crores 53 lakhs. According to the decision of the government, the water storage capacity of Silarkhedi reservoir will be increased by increasing the height. By storing water through this project, irrigation facilities will be available in 18 thousand 800 hectares of about 65 villages.
In the meeting, an amount of Rs.49 crore 94 lakh was sanctioned for the micro irrigation system of remaining command area of Dokarikheda reservoir in Narmadapuram district through Piparia branch canal. With this revision work of 2940 hectares of irrigated land can be done. The irrigated area of 2000 hectares has been increased to 2940 hectares to utilize the remaining water after lining the Piparia branch canal. This will enable Rabi irrigation facility in 12 villages.
Farmers compensation amount sanctioned
A multi-modal logistics park will be established in Tehsil Pithampur, District Dhar under the Bharatmala project by the Council of Ministers. Under this, it was decided to give a special package of difference in compensation amount to the affected farmers of Jamodi village. As per the sanction, all the 85 landholders of Jamodi village for 63.581 hectares of land will be paid Rs. 24 lakhs per hectare to give double compensation of Rs. A special package of 30 crore 52 lakh will be given. 15 crore 26 lakh (50 percent of Rs. 30 crore 52 lakh) will be borne by the state government.
New Posts in Director of Public Health
In the Council of Ministers meeting, it was decided to dedicate a total of 36 posts of the Department of Public Health and Medical Education, creating a total of 18 new posts (01 post of Director, 03 posts of Senior Joint Director, 08). posts of Deputy Director and 06 posts of Assistant Director) and a total of 636 posts of Directorate of Medical Education and Health Services Office have been approved to form ‘Directorate of Public Health and Medical Education’.
Allowed to transfer to Medical College
Medical College Sagar in P.G. And U.G. To increase the seats, approval was given for the merger of the District Hospital and the Medical College Hospital. Permission was granted to induct the medical cadre in the Medical College as per merit and available vacancies and to transfer the doctors who could not be accommodated in other institutions of the department.
