Dharmendra Yadav, an MP from Azamgarh and earlier from Badaun, was acquitted by the court in a 2022 case. He thanked the justice system and said he had been implicated in a conspiracy. Let us tell you that during the assembly elections, the then SDM registered a case against 29 people including SP leader Dharmendra Yadav for violating the code of conduct.
It is alleged that the election program was being organized against the Kovid rules and without permission. In this matter today, the MP MLA Court of Badau has acquitted 29 people including MP Dharmendra Yadav.
Regarding this, Dharmendra Yadav said in Badau that the administration had implicated him in this matter under the pressure of BJP, on which the court has judged him. He said that now the courts are working to protect the opposition through the constitution and that is why we are all fighting to protect the constitution. The people of Uttar Pradesh have supported us in this fight.
Regarding the NEET exam, Dharmendra Yadav said that it is very sad when the video of the MLA of the ruling party comes before people and the case of exam leak comes to light. Why doesn’t a government that deals with bulldozers bulldoze on such people? Accusing the state government, Dharmendra Yadav said that papers are being leaked systematically in Uttar Pradesh and people connected with power are doing transactions worth crores of rupees.
On the PDA, he said, “We are happy that the people of the state have not only approved the formula made by SP National President Akhilesh Yadav but have given the alliance a landslide victory.” So, we will definitely not only implement PDA in 2027 assembly elections but also include others in this formula.
