Two children drowned in the lake

A major accident has occurred in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Three students died after drowning in a mining pond here. The accident took place on Thursday evening. The case is from Rahimabad area of ​​Sarojini Nagar in Lucknow. Three students were drowned in the accident, one of whom somehow pulled himself out of the water while the search for the other two is on.

A diver team has been informed to rescue both the children. The team has been searching the entire lake for the children but has yet to find a trace of them. According to information, while returning from coaching, these children went to the pit for bathing and two of them drowned. The local people informed the police about the drowning of the children. Local people have alleged that illegal mining has caused the crater but no action has been taken so far.

After the incident, the police team of Sarojini Nagar police station has reached the spot. Apart from this, NDRF and a team of divers have also reached the spot. On one hand teams of divers are trying to find the children, on the other hand the children’s families are crying. The drowned children include Durgesh of Murali Vihar and Manas of the society. As there is no arrangement around the lake, there is a lot of anger among the surrounding people. There are also reports that the police administration and the SDRF team said that rescue operations would be carried out in the morning, after which people raised slogans.

15-year-old Durgesh of Vishnu Nagar, Sarojini Nagar and 13-year-old Manas of Murali Vihar are students of class IX. At three o’clock in the afternoon on Thursday, the children went to study coaching. After returning, both went out with another friend. During this time, mining was done in front of Panchkuti in Rahimabad where water was filled and a lake was created where children went to bathe. All three began to sink. Durgesh and Manas drowned while their friend somehow came out of the water. He ran away from there and reached the house of both and reported the accident. Police say the search is on for the two drowned students.
