Ghaziabad police have released the hold of Bhupendra Sharma alias Pinky Chaudhary alias Pinky Bhaiyya, who came into limelight two years ago for shouting slogans against a particular community and attacking JNU students at Delhi’s Jantar-Mantar. Pinky Chaudhary released a video statement addressing Prime Minister Narendra Modi two days ago. In this video which is going viral on social media, the accused was directly threatening PM Modi and saying that if the persecution of Hindus in Bangladesh does not stop within 24 hours, he will not spare Bangladeshis across the country. After this, at the end of 24 hours, the miscreant reached the slum with his gang and ransacked the people living there by beating them with sticks.

Police were waiting for this video to go viral

The accused also made a video of this incident and posted it on social media. Even after watching this video, the police did not act on time. When the video went viral, the police of Ghaziabad’s Madhuban Bapudham police station registered a case against the miscreant under sections of the Indian Penal Code like sedition, assault, comment on a particular religion, hurting religious sentiments and other sections. Now the police have opened a file for action under the National Security Act. Several cases have also been registered in Delhi against Ghaziabad history sheeter Pinky Chaudhary. These miscreants beat JNU students on camera calling them communists.

As soon as the news of Pinky Choudhary’s arrest came, her supporters created ruckus outside the Madhuban Bapudham Police Station. However, senior officers who reached the spot at the same time chased them all using light force. Six cases have been registered in Sahibabad police station against this rascal of Ghaziabad police. Two cases have been registered in Kavinagar police station, one case each in Tillamod, Nandagram, Mussoorie and Shalimar Garden. This includes the cases of hooligans and hooligans.
