Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, while addressing his party workers after his release from Tihar Jail, announced that he was going to resign from his post after two days. He also said that Manish Sisodia is not going to become the Chief Minister in his place. Kejriwal also said that he will demand early elections in Delhi.

Addressing the workers, CM Kejriwal said that after his resignation, some other leader from the Aam Aadmi Party will become the Chief Minister. A meeting of the party’s legislative party will be held for the selection of the Chief Minister. He said, “Manish Sisodia and I are now going to the people’s court.”
